25 stallsThe Dressage & Jumper Sports Barn is the home of GoldMark’s hunter and jumper programs: courses, grids and gymnastic lines over daily-dragged GGT footing. Its purpose-built Sport-Horse Complex also serves Dressage, with shared stabling, covered schooling and dedicated private turnout.

- Shared by hunter jumper and dressage programs: dual tack rooms, grooming bays, wash stalls, walkers and premium stall fixtures.
- 129 × 249-Foot Covered Arena
- GGT footing for all-weather schooling, lessons, clinics and training continuity. Shared by both sport-horse disciplines.
- Jump Arena & Daily Footing Care
- Regulation-grade hunter and jumper schooling with room for courses, grids and gymnastic lines. All arenas and the track have GGT footing, dragged daily.
- Private Trainer Offices & Turnout
- Private offices and tack rooms for resident trainer brands, with dedicated paddocks and fields for sport-horse turnout.
- Pavilion & Parking
- Covered preparation and hospitality between rides, with separate trailer, barn and event parking.

Every arena on the estate rides on GGT footing, dragged daily. Covered, jump and dressage schooling stay available whatever the weather — shared across the sport-horse programs and open to boarders by arrangement.
