Two regulation-size lettered dressage arenas measure 110' × 170', one with a 72' training-grade mirror wall running its long side, and a 40' outdoor round pen sits beside them, with GGT footing throughout the sport-horse arena and the schooling areas. The covered arena keeps dressage training and regulation competition going in any weather.

The pavilion takes up to 200 people on an 80' × 104' floor, with matching "his and hers" sides, a full kitchen and bar, and two outdoor half baths for guests. A three-car garage gives service staff and event setup their own door, and tables and chairs are available for rent — ideal for weddings, galas and corporate gatherings.

The Covered Arena

A 129' × 249' covered arena on GGT footing, dragged daily — dressage training and regulation competition going on whatever the weather brings. Steel trusses overhead carry the lights and fans, so a clinic, a lesson day or a schooling session carries on when the sun is high or the rain arrives, with the office complex across the footing.
