Stays & Event Spaces / Small Groups

A room
for your people.

The theater, the pavilion and the grounds for a private dinner, a client day, a sales preview or a gathering after a ride.

What the space
suits.

Two of the places are named for what they do. The theater is a tiered screening room — a film, a sales preview or a presentation run before a seated room. The pavilion is an open-sided roof over footing, where a day goes on whatever the weather brings.

Every occasion is arranged with the office, which confirms the date, the space and what the day needs — the arena, the stand, the pavilion, the theater, or the grounds themselves.

  • Private dinners and receptions
  • Client entertaining
  • Sales previews and film nights
  • Gatherings after a ride

Group Tours & Corporate Gatherings

Events & hospitality — GoldMark is equipped to host everything from equestrian clinics and corporate tours to elegant private events and weddings.

Aerial view of the GoldMark Farm office complex — cream buildings with terracotta roofs set among the oaks, the arenas and white-railed track beyond

Main Office Complex

The working heart of the estate, given over to a visiting party: small groups, corporate tours and corporate events for ten to seventy people. The board room holds the meeting itself, the wrap-around porch outside holds the break, and the theater auditorium holds the presentation that follows.

  • Small groups, corporate tours and corporate events for 10–70 people
  • Board room for the meeting itself
  • Wrap-around outside porch suited to twelve 8-person round tables
  • 68-seat theater auditorium and speaking podium

Triple Crown Museum

On the second story of the office complex — the racing history the estate was built on, kept in glass cases and open to the party visiting the farm. It is complimentary for boarders, and is commonly rented for $40 through a partnership with the Marion County Tourism Department.

  • A stop on a group or corporate tour
  • Complimentary for boarders
  • Visits arranged through the tourism partnership
  • A short opener before a presentation

The Theater

A tiered screening room in leather and dark wood — rows of seats facing a stage with a lectern, a projection screen at the side, silks and prints along the walls. It takes a roomful rather than a crowd: a film night, a sales preview, or a presentation the office can set up before you arrive.

  • Sales previews and film nights
  • Presentations, board days and lectures
  • A private screening after morning work
  • A wet-day plan for a visiting party

The Pavilion

A 200-person event pavilion on an 80' × 104' floor — an open-sided roof carried on arched columns, footing beneath it, pasture and sky beyond. Two matching "his and hers" private rooms with full bathrooms, a full kitchen and bar, two outdoor half baths for guests, and a three-car garage for service staff and event setup. Tables and chairs are available for rent, so a wedding, a gala or a corporate gathering can go on here when the sun is high or the rain arrives, with the horses in sight.

  • Weddings, galas and corporate gatherings
  • Receptions and dinners under one roof
  • Clinics and lessons in any weather
  • Sales rings and showcases
