GoldMark Farm opened its gates in Ocala in 2003, the expression of owner T. Paul Bulmahn’s belief in excellence at every level of the thoroughbred experience.
Purposeful design, thoughtful horsemanship and a lasting respect for the land make GoldMark more than a place to prepare a horse. They make it a place to realize potential.

GoldMark’s legacy is not simply being preserved—it is being carried forward by the next generation while the property evolves into a fully realized championship equestrian destination.
Paul Bulmahn is survived by his wife Janelle Bulmahn, she has dedicated her next chapter to fulfilling the vision. The next generation of GoldMark is building upon more than two decades of racing heritage with a vision to complete one of Ocala’s most comprehensive private equestrian destinations.
The next chapter includes the continued development of GoldMark’s championship facilities with a quarantine center, covered arena, expanded jumper and dressage competition program, and a dedicated Horsemen’s Pavilion designed to host competitions, clinics, private gatherings, and signature equestrian events.
Together, these additions will complete a property designed not only for the training and care of exceptional horses, but for the horsemen, competitors, owners, and families who define the sport.
The legacy was built through racing. The next generation is building what comes next.
